The main purpose of the project was the design, automation and progress monitoring and measurement of the business processes that concern the investment life circle and the supply approval processes.

                  
The system aims at effectively optimizing the Co-operative Banks' product application procedure while minimizing the relative functional costs through uniformity of process and workflow as well as improvement of internal information flow.
